MMP Philippines conducts monthly Cenacles for priests (every 4th Tuesday, 2PM) and lay (every 2nd Tuesday, 3PM) at San Isidro Labrador Parish, 1830 Taft Avenue, Pasay City. Below is the said format for the said Cenacles:
- I. Holy Mass
- II. Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament (after Post-Communion prayer)
- O Salutaris Hostia, Que ceoli pandis ostium Bella premunt hostilla, Da robur fer auxilium. Uni trinoque domino Sit sempiterna Gloria Qui vitam sine termino Nobis donet in Patria. Amen.
- III. Cenacle
- Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, Glorious Mysteries (to be selected prior to Cenacle).
- Sing Ave Maria twice (2x) after each mystery.
- Our Father, Hail Mary (10x), Glory Be
- Fatima Prayer
- After the Fatima Prayer at the end of each decade:
- A. Invocation to the Holy Spirit

- B. Recitation of Five (5) or More Decades of the Holy Rosary
